Scissor Grip Lifting DesignThe scissor style design uses the weight of the beam to help create a stable grip during the lift. Loads should be centered and guided throughout the lifting operation to support controlled handling and proper load alignment. Working Load and Beam Width RangeThis family includes working load limits from 2,000 lb. to 6,000 lb. and accommodates maximum beam widths from 6 inches to 10 inches. Variable open and closed widths allow the tongs to fit different beam sizes within the rated range. Industrial Construction and StandardsEach unit includes a 2 ton clevis and is manufactured to ASME B30.20 standards.
